  1. Cancellation Policy

If staying in a Wyndham property:  Changes or cancellations of reservations can be made, subjective to availability, upon giving at least 14 days’ notice before the reservation date.   No change or cancellation will be permitted for any reason within this period.  No refund will be given if the Package is forfeited.

If staying in a non-Wyndham property:  No changes or cancellations of reservations will be permitted for any reason once a booking is confirmed.  No refunds will be given if the Package is forfeited.  You can make bookings for a new date on  payment of an additional full Package price which can be automatically charged to your credit card.


  1. Health and Immigration

You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your travel consultant and Travel by Wyndham or Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific (HK) Limited are not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s failure to comply with the above. Travel insurance is highly recommended.


  1. No liability

Wyndham does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default (whether negligent or otherwise) of third parties that it has no control over.  Wyndham recommends that all travellers obtain travel insurance against cancellation and medical cover.  Any warranties and other terms which are not expressly included in these terms are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.  Where our liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the resupply of the Package or cost of the Package.

Guests use of the Package is at their own risk and Wyndham is not liable for any damage, loss, cost , injury or death caused by or as a result of the guest’s use of the Package or stay in any resort except and only to the extent that Wyndham has wilfully or negligently caused the act or omission.
